Vrancor Buys Two Oakville Hotels From InnVest

InnVest REIT has sold Staybridge Suites Oakville-Burlington (105 units) and the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oakville @ Bronte (above, 144 rooms) to Vrancor Group, an Ontario owner-developer with a portfolio of 16 hotels, including Novotels in North York and Mississauga Centre. The Oakville properties, just off the QEW at Bronte Road and adjacent to the 17k SF Oakville Conference Centre, boast a “strategic location, upside operating potential, and asset synergies,” noted Colliers International Hotels, which brokered the deals. InnVest's acquisition by Bluesky Hotels & Resorts is being finalized this week.
