CPPIB Partners With Ivanhoé Cambridge On Southeast Asia Logistics Ventures

Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is investing alongside Ivanhoé Cambridge and real estate logistics provider LOGOS Property Group in the development and acquisition of facilities in Singapore and Indonesia. CPPIP will commit US$140M for a 48% stake in the Singapore facilities (two fully leased warehouses and a development opportunity), and US$100M for a 48% stake in the Indonesian venture, which has a strong pipeline of development opportunities in Jakarta. CPPIB and Ivanhoé Cambridge will be equal partners in both JVs; LOGOS, as operating partner, holds the remaining stakes.
