Toronto CREW hosted its 10th annual Real Jobs Day last week, introducing young female students to real estate as a potential career. Nearly 100 Grade 11 and 12 students from eight Toronto high schools spent the day at Ted Rogers School of Management with women working in CRE. CREW’s Tina Wolf tells us activities included a scavenger hunt at Toronto Eaton Centre, an acquisitions game, and a negotiations simulation. Students also heard from two leadership panels, including Forgestone Capital’s Farrah Khimji, Metrolinx senior project officer Amy Gingrich, and Carttera asset and leasing manager Lara Di Gregorio.
