The 4M SF Metropica in Sunrise has unveiled plans for its 400k SF retail component. The retail space will include at least eight restaurants, most of them new to Broward County. The master-planned community, which is being developed by Joseph Kavana of K Group Holdings, will also include a central park, a health and wellness center, a beach club and other amenities, The Real Deal reports.
