Extraslice Recently Expanded Its Footprint At Benaroya I-90 In Bellevue.

Flexible office space company extraSlice recently leased an additional 16,450 SF at Benaroya I-90. The addition brings the company’s total space to 39K SF in the Eastgate RE Ventures-owned office building.

“extraSlice’s expansion speaks to the acceleration of leasing activity in the I-90 corridor,” Colliers International’s Jeff Livingston said in a statement. “The renovation of T-Mobile’s corporate headquarters just a few blocks away is having a snowball effect on nearby buildings as both T-Mobile and its vendors seek temporary space to house displaced employees. extraSlice hopes to capture some of that velocity through more opportunity at Benaroya I-90.”

The company, which started in 2016 and caters to technology firms, will expand into part of the second floor of the building at 3600 136th Place SE in Bellevue. Approximately 23,660 SF remains available for lease in the building.

Livingston represented the building’s ownership, along with Colliers’ Derek Heed and Laura Ford. Bryan Oliver of Washington Partners represented extraSlice.
