Molasky, Binjiang Rebrand Potala Tower As Arrivé

2116 4Th Ave., Now Known As Arrivé

Development partners The Molasky Group and Binjiang Tower Corp. have decided on a name for their property, now rising at 2116 4th Ave.: Arrivé. VERV Projects of Vancouver, BC, created the name, logo and original marketing campaign for the building.

Formerly known as Potala Tower, the JV partners have taken complete ownership of the property and revitalized the project with new investment and a recommitment of EB-5 investor capital. It will have 339 apartment units, 142 hotel rooms, 1,824 SF of ground-floor retail and 177 underground parking spaces, and is slated for completion in Q1 2019.

Arrivé will be one of the first for-rent mixed-use properties in Downtown Seattle, and is adjacent to the landmark Seattle Cinerama on 4th Avenue. Denver-based PCL is building the structure, which the locally based Weber Thompson designed.
