LA Investor Picks Up 425-Acre Campus For $70M

LA-based Industrial Realty Group acquired the 810k SF Weyerhaeuser campus, which includes office, lab and industrial space on 425 wooded acres in Federal Way, for more than $70M.

The wood products company elected to put the campus on the market when it decided to move to a new 150k SF development in Pioneer Square, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports

Weyerhaeuser will lease the campus until it moves to its new HQ at 200 Occidental Ave S later this year. IRG is still mulling future uses for the campus. [PSBJ]
