The 201,766K Sf Mixed-Use Highlands Campus Tech Centre In Bothell Was Purchased By Equus Capital Partners.

Equus Capital Partners recently purchased the Highlands Campus Tech Centre, a 201,766K SF mixed-use campus that includes two flex-use and/or research and development buildings and one office building. The campus is at 21520 30th Drive SE, 21312 30th Drive SE and 21222 30th Drive SE.

“The demand for flex product in the Puget Sound has been a key driver for leasing velocity in Bothell and the subsequent lift in investment sales liquidity,” Newmark Knight Frank co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets Kevin Shannon said in a statement.

NKF is finding that Bothell is experiencing exceptional growth as an attractive discount submarket as Seattle and Bellevue continue to boom.

“Bothell remains one of the most robust flex markets in the Puget Sound due to its concentration of high-tech industries including life sciences, medical device manufacturing, aerospace, telecom and utilities,” NKF Vice Chairman Nick Kucha said.

NKF’s Shannon and Kucha, Executive Managing Director Ken White, Senior Managing Director Michael Moll and Director Bill DeLacy represented the seller, Investcorp.
