WestRock Corp. Leases 74,525 SF At Hogum Bay Logistics Center In Lacey

Hogum Bay Logistics Center In Lacey

WestRock Corp. recently leased 74,525 SF of warehouse distribution space at the Hogum Bay Logistics Center in Lacey. The three-building, 1.1M SF campus is now 80% leased. The property is owned by IDS Real Estate Group through a joint venture with an institutional pension fund. Uline Corp. leases 800K SF of the center.

“Companies are excited to move their operations to the city of Lacey, which is a growing, business-friendly community,” IDS Real Estate Group Senior Vice President Dan Sibson said. “Hogum Bay Logistics Center provides brand-new buildings, state-of-the-art building systems and excellent access to the Interstate 5 freeway, which allows tenants to efficiently and cost-effectively service both the Seattle and Portland submarkets.”

Kidder Mathews' Evan Parker and Lee & Associates' Vanessa Herzog, along with IDS Real Estate Group’s Dan Sibson, Rob Fuelling and John Quinn, represented the landlord. WestRock was represented by Matt McGregor and Douglas Biggs of Colliers International.
