We're on the ground in Vegas for ICSC this week, where we met Firehouse Subs CEO Don Fox, who tells us his company will enter the Seattle market by late 2013. Now it's in the process of scouting retail sites in San Fran for its first restaurant. The ultimate plan: open 25 stores in San Diego,125 in LA, and another 80 in San Fran (through its franchisees).
