Jay Paul Could Buy Apple Campus in Sunnyvale

The Jay Paul Co could acquire Landbank Investments' Sunnyvale development site where Apple plans to lease a second spaceship campus.

The companies are in advanced discussions for the sale of the Central & Wolfe development site where the 777k SF campus is planned. One source told the Silicon Valley Business Journal the guidance for the property was around $200M for the land, though that could have changed. Landmark pitched a curved, concrete-and-glass structure for the site in 2013 and received city council approval in October 2014.

Apple signed to fully lease the campus in September. Jay Paul has invested strongly in Sunnyvale, building five campuses in the Moffett Park area. [SFBJ]
