Apple Plans Second Massive Spaceship Campus

Apple has sealed a deal for a second spaceship-style campus, a 777k SF project in Sunnyvale. The tech giant had been in negotiations with Landbank Investments LLC for its planned Central & Wolfe campus, located at Central Expressway and Wolfe Road.

Architecture firm HOK was tasked with design for the original plans. It’s unclear if Apple and Landmark will tweak the design, but there are no major changes anticipated[SVBJ]
