Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to lease up Trimble Tech in San Jose. Trimble-Junction Ventures is renovating two existing buildings into an employee-centric workspace with a new façade, energy-efficient glass, an outdoor amenity area, environmentally friendly landscaping, a custom-designed entrance, a pedestrian-friendly interior lobby and a full-service refreshment center.

Renovations of the 176K SF R&D campus at East Trimble Road and Junction Avenue are expected to be completed September 2017. The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team includes managing director Nick Lazzarini, vice chairmen Kalil Jenab and Steve Horton and vice president Kelly Yoder.
