Exclusive: San Jose's Biggest Apartment Projects Added 2,300 Units In 2015

The nine largest apartment developments completed in San Jose last year added 2,317 new units to the city, according to a new report.

RentCafe gave Bisnow an exclusive peek at the report, which uses information from Yardi Matrix. (RentCafe is a Yardi Systems service.) In 2014, the city's top eight developments added 2,569 units.

The largest project completed last year was Verona Apartment Homes (above), the sixth community in Irvine Co's Crescent Village. The complex added 438 rental units.

Other top apartment projects among those with 50 or more units were:

  • River View, 349 units

  • One South Market, 312 units

  • Anton La Moraga, 275 units

  • Avalon Morrison Park, 250 units

  • Meridian at Midtown, 218 units

  • Venue, 206 units

  • Marquis, 166 units

  • Mio Japantown, 103 units
