Sunset Development Breaks Ground On Massive San Ramon Retail Center

Sunset Development broke ground for its retail and entertainment complex at Bishop Ranch May 9. The LOT already signed a lease and will open a 10-screen luxury movie theater called The LOT City Center as part of City Center Bishop Ranch.

The LOT City Center will anchor the site and offer a restaurant, cafè and bar. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner created by executive chef Matt Sramek.

Renzo Piano Building Workshop will design the retail and entertainment site, which will include 300K SF of restaurants and retail surrounding a one-acre piazza. City Center is expected to open October 2018.
