Richard is an industry vet with extensive experience in both acquisitions and dispositions. He has been directly involved in the marketing and sales of 101 assignments for over $1.24B over the past 17 years, mostly in the San Francisco Bay area, with an average transaction size of $15M over the past two years. The Oakland office of Lee & Associates opened in April 2006 with only four brokers and has grown to 19.
