WeWork To Open 10th San Francisco Location

655 Montgomery In San Francisco

WeWork is headed to Jackson Square in San Francisco. This new location at 655 Montgomery will be the co-working company’s 10th San Francisco site. It will occupy three floors in the 19-story 269K SF building, according to WeWork’s website. The company also is in talks for up to 100K SF at Salesforce Tower and signed a 12-year lease for about 61K SF at 650 California earlier this year.

WeWork is undergoing a massive expansion and expects to triple its real estate transactions in 2017 compared to 2016.
