Another 300K SF may soon be leased at San Francisco's Salesforce Tower. WeWork is in talks for about 100K SF and Salesforce may expand its current lease by 200K SF, the San Francisco Business Times reports.

An expansion into Salesforce Tower would mark WeWork’s 10th San Francisco location. The co-working company recently leased space at 650 California St. and 201 Spear St.

Salesforce has already leased 714K SF at San Francisco's tallest building.

Salesforce Tower, which topped off earlier this year, is expected to be completed late 2017 with tenants moving in during early 2018. The 1.4M SF tower is currently 69% leased. The new deals could bring total pre-leasing up to 90%. Other future tenants will include Accenture, CBRE Group and Bain & Co.

The 1,070-foot tower, owned by Boston Properties and Hines and designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, has 250K SF available on floors 35 to 44 and 170K SF on floors 51 through 58. The general contractors are Clark Construction and Hathaway Dinwiddie. CBRE is heading up leasing efforts.
