Keysight Technologies has temporarily leased 104K SF in Rohnert Park’s Somo Village while repairs are being made to its Fountaingrove headquarters, which was damaged during the Wine Country fires in October, The Press Democrat reports. Keysight’s four main buildings were damaged in the fire and need to be repaired and cleaned. Two modular buildings were destroyed at the front of the campus.

The headquarters reopened in early November for a handful of workers, but the temporary location will house 900 employees. Many production operations have resumed at the Santa Rosa headquarters facilities and workers will be phased back onto the campus into 2018. The company produces electronics measurement software and devices.

The 30-acre facility at Somo Village was previously owned by a Hewlett Packard spinoff, Agilent Technologies, which closed its manufacturing facility in 2004 following downsizing. Codding Enterprises then purchased the site and transferred the property to Somo Living. The site includes 600K SF of mixed-use office and an events center.
