The highly coveted Peery Park submarket of Sunnyvale just saw a rare trade, with Sand Hill Property Co picking up an R&D building fully leased to Jawbone for $14.45M (unclear if the buy comes with free wearable devices). The 39k SF facility at 674-678 W Maude was owned by Ben London of London Management, a NY family office. At $367.58/SF, the seller "achieved top of the market value," says Transwestern SVP Michael Cisternino, who repped London. The flex facility sits across the street from LinkedIn's HQ. Colliers repped the buyer.
