Prime Property Up for Grabs in SoMa

There may be no hotter submarket in California than SoMa, and it's rare that properties come available. But we just caught whiff of one that just hit the market: 1061-1065 Folsom. The asking price for the 10k SF property is $7.2M, or $700/SF. The second floor is fully leased through March 2019, while the ground floor is being delivered vacant and ripe for a redo. CM Commercial is marketing it and principal Matt Currie tells us interest has been strong, as expected.
