Yesterday, we stopped by the Friars Club to hear from The Schonbraun McCann Group, an FTI company (bottom: the consulting firm’s Elizabeth Kulik, Mark Rubin, and Jahn Brodwin, top: Mill Pond Capital’s Adam Marsh and Tom Graf and Vickers Realty’s Stanley Vickers). They discussed what’s driving consultancy business, including real estate, capital markets, tax, and private client advisory, and how today’s opportunities can benefit from consulting. One upcoming trend: the increase in potential IPOs; the public markets will be the biggest avenue for raising capital the next two to three years, they say.
