TMG's Latest Promos

New business card alert: TMG Partners just promoted three of its longtime execs. Matt Field, formerly managing director, was named chief investment officer; Cathy Greenwold, previously EVP of capital markets, was promoted to vice chairman; and Lynn Tolin, previously director of asset and property management, was elevated to EVP. Matt has been with TMG for 21 years, managing acquisitions and dispositions while supporting the firm’s development activities. In his new role, he will have lead responsibility for the real estate portfolio and chair the Investment Committee. Lynn has been at the firm the longest (26 years) out of the three, having overseen the management of 7M SF. She'll continue to be responsible for the management of the entire property portfolio, valued in excess of more than $1B.
