Cushman's Jon Dishotsky (left) and Cutter MacLeod repped Anyperk in its new 33 New Montgomery HQ lease we covered yesterday, and we wanted to know more about the fresh-faced brokers (other than the fact they clearly like Ray-Bans and long walks on the beach). Turns out Cutter is a former professional skate boarder, and Jon was DJ’ing house parties in high school with vinyl records during the last tech boom. Don't let age fool you, though: Five years ago he authored a blog post that accurately predicted tech was going to lead us out of the recession. Now their tech-heavy client list includes Optimizely, Weebly, and Scribd and they've collectively leased nearly 4M SF of office space.
