S.F.'s Biggest Q1 Notable Deals

Five deals from San Francisco’s vibrant office leasing space were handpicked by our analysts and featured in Bisnow’s Chart of the Week. The deals were amongst the top deals by value in the first two months of 2014.

To calculate the estimated deal value we are using the effective rent of the lease (starting rent, with escalations, minus free rent, and divided by the lease term), and multiplied it by the transaction size and lease term.
