One Sansome Fills Up Fast

We can't blame Meade (previous pic, right, middle) for being on his phone. He's been super busy brokering a slew of new leases and renewals with CBRE partners Phil Tippet and Cori English over the past few months at Barker Pacific's One Sansome. Among the most recent is the British Consulate's decision to stay in 10k SF. Others that inked deals there recently: Sefton Family Law Group, Lennar, SThree, San Francisco Bay Area Regional Center, and American Arbitration Association. Meade tells us the building is now about 90% leased (a year ago it was about 76%).
