We tracked down Diane Levin, the S.F. broker charged with finding an already-famous feline space. KitTea is the city's "first cat tea house" that's made waves on Kickstarter with a $50k goal. Essentially, it's a place where cat lovers and their furry friends can have tea time (dogs and cat allergies aren't allowed). Diane's a realtor who normally helps buyers and sellers with residential real estate but says she's thrilled to help the KitTea team secure a retail space. She's in final negotiations with a location but can't say where just yet. Expect an opening in September.
