Lynden Business Park Reveals Positive Signs

Lynden Business Park property manager Dick Vandenberg is touting the advantages of the highly anticipated PeaceHealth St. Joseph's Hospital North County in Lynden, WA. The hospital owns 10 acres of the park’s NW parcel; the surrounding property is an amazing long-term/low-maintenance investment opportunity that’s perfect for ancillary medical services and will potentially triple in value once the hospital arrives, he says. One of three land parcels is being sold in order to maintain cash flow for the business park. Even more to the investors' advantage: 20-25% of the parcel is normally dedicated to storm water detention, but it’s already been engineered in the arterial streets so the owner can facilitate 100% of the acreage. This makes the $7/SF price even more of a deal. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
