LinkedIn Finalizes Deal

LinkedIn finalized its monster lease at Tishman's 222 Second (we were the first to break the story on April 14). According to a press release sent out today, the networking giant leased the entire 26-story building. The LEED Gold building will be ready for occupancy in early 2016. The nearly 450k SF of office space can accommodate approximately 2,500 jobs in S.F. In addition, LinkedIn will soon start subleasing space from Neustar and taking about 87k SF at 505 Howard, sources tell us.
