We found out what tenants Dunhill Partners West SVP Benjamin Osgood (left) has been repping, snapped here getting his culture on by co-chairing the San Francisco Opera Bravo! Club holiday fete in December. (Our favorite opera is Disney's Fantasia so we're not all that cultured.) Consolidated CM inked a deal for 2,741 SF at 1999 Harrison in Oakland, with an April start date. HealthSource Global Staffing renewed for 4,307 SF at 2201 Walnut in Fremont and will get new paint, carpet, kitchen appliances, and millwork. (He tells us Dunhill is remodeling at 388 Market and getting new furniture.) In the city, Lutheran Social Services signed a deal for 7,668 SF at 191 Golden Gate and plans to occupy in June.
