The listing rents range from $2.95/SF on a full-service basis for lower-floor space to $3.35/SF on a full-service basis for upper-level floors, which boast 360-degree views of freeways, the Bay, and airports. (It's perfect for spying... if that was a thing that anyone did...) It's competitively priced for a high-quality project, Matt tells us. Touring tenants include those that are looking into migrating from the city, thanks to lack of availability and getting priced out.
