100 Spear's Newest Tenant

There's more proof the solar industry is speeding up in S.F.: Pristine Sun recently inked a deal for about 4,600 SF at 100 Spear. The 20-person firm just moved a few blocks away from 649 Mission because it's growing and needed more space. Why this car pic? The 1985 Triking Three-Wheeler belongs to Cornish & Carey VP Riccardo Gale, who brokered the deal. About a year ago, the 203k SF building made headlines when Prudential bought it for $100M from Clarion Partners.
