We got the skinny on SpectraScience's Sorrento Square lease. The company disclosed to the SEC that it uses a total of 5k SF at 11568-11 Sorrento Valley Rd—a small space considering it uses it for office, R&D, manufacturing, quality testing and warehousing. But, as the company notes, the space is FDA approved for manufacturing. It pays up to $5,400/month through April of 2018.
