Senomyx Extends Lease Life at Nexus Centre

Senomyx is staying put at Nexus Centre II for another nine years. The food flavoring maker has extended its lease at the Alexandria Real Estate Equities life sciences facility at 4767 Nexus Centre Dr from 2017 to February 2024, according to an SEC filing. The company reports that, per the agreement, it reduced its rent expenses and payments, and is expected to pay $17.5M over the life of the new lease.
