Roka Bioscience's San Diego manufacturing facility's lease is coming to a close. But don't count on it moving since the firm disclosed it has “significant capacity for expansion” in SEC documents. The company occupies a total of 45k SF for R&D and manufacturing at Pacific Corporate Center in a lease that expires in December 2019. The firm manufactures its Atlas Detection Assays and other supplies at the facility. In docs, company officials say the underutilized capacity in the facility has contributed to high costs. Roka has monthly lease payments from $52,300 to $66k over the life of the term.
