Neothetics Bulges Up at La Jolla Gateway

Neothetics is expanding at La Jolla Gateway, and this time into the second building (here). We got wind of the expansion through a report filed with the SEC. According to Neothetics, it renewed its exising 6k SF lease at the 9191 Towne Centre Dr building, and expanded into an additional 11,100 SF in the 9171 Town Centre Dr office. The company is expected to move in by March, according to regulatory filings. The move comes on the heels of a $65M IPO by the biotech firm in November. The company is developing and in late-stage testing of an injectable drug aimed at reducing belly fat.
