Lytx HQ A Hat Trick For Irvine Co

In what could be this year's real estate overnight success story, Irvine Co just officially opened the HQ for Lytx Inc at its 9785 Towne Centre Dr building in UTC, the very 75k SF building it bought completely vacant last year from Kilroy Realty Co (along with 9791 Towne Centre Dr) for $29.5M less than a year ago. Founded in San Diego, Lytx was in a hunt for more HQ space. The new facility provides collaboration space, labs and a demo room, reports the San Diego Business Journal. The fleet management software maker has seen 150% growth in in its employment base.
