Biotech Tenant Leases at 5820 Nancy Ridge

OncoSec Medical Inc has inked a lease for 34k SF at 5820 Nancy Ridge Dr in San Diego, CoStar reports. The building will be the company's HQ and R&D lab. OncoSec specializes in developing DNA-based treatments for advanced-stage skin cancer. The company will occupy the space starting in October, with a 10-year lease and a five-year option to renew. Alexandria Real Estate Equities owns the 39k SF building.
