BioMed Realty revealed a little more on its recent University Towne Centre purchase. In documents filed with the SEC, the REIT states it paid $84M for the 183k SF office/lab project, a park that also has the potential for 104,500 SF in additional development. BioMed bought Towne Centre Technology Park "to meet the strong and growing demand in the expanding core life sciences submarket," officials state in docs.
