Lankford & Associates, HP Investors and Hensel Phelps released renderings and designs for the Makers Quarter mixed-use project: a cluster that will include 1M SF of office, 700k SF of residential and 60k SF of open space along with retailers and restaurants targeted to creative boutique firms. Alliance Residential—a partner in the project—will break ground this fall on Broadstone Makers Quarter (here), a 265-unit apartment complex with 5k SF of streetside retail, followed by developers starting work on a 50k SF "collaborative office hub" next spring. “We are laser-focused on attracting the world’s most innovative companies and brightest talent into Makers Quarter. To that end, we are actively recruiting tenants that fit for our neighborhood’s culture,” says Lankford & Associates CEO Robert Lankford.
