It isn’t one of the bigger deals of the year, but we think it’s one of the coolest ones in San Diego County lately. McCallum Surfboards recently bought 3101 Hoover Ave in National City, a single-story building on a 0.6-acre parcel. The buyer plans to operate the warehouse space as a surfboard manufacturing facility. Colliers International’s Mark Lewkowitz repped the private seller, while Quality First Commercial Peter Wright repped the buyer.
