Colliers Oversees Industrial, Apartment Deals

The Carlsbad office of Colliers International completed two San Diego-area deals valued at a $11M, one involving an industrial property, the other an apartment complex, according to Multi Housing News. The locally based PacVentures Inc. acquired a 77k SF industrial building at 970 Park Center Dr in Vista (pictured). Colliers’ Russ Jabara and Dave Pinnegar repped the seller, FG&S LLC, as well as PacVentures. The company also handled San Diego Heritage Partners’ acquisition of the 16-unit apartment complex at 4638 and 4648 Ohio St in the University Heights submarket. Colliers’ Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry arranged the deal.
