Three Real Estate Honchos Among Those To Watch in 2015

What do SB Capital Partners, Wright Brothers Inc and West Realty Advisors have in common? Their leaders are among the Top 10 Entrepreneurs To Watch in San Diego for 2015, according to website SanDiego.com. SB's Brandon Blum, 31, heads up the firm that acquires and manages investment properties; Wright's Casey Wright, 33, develops software for real estate companies; and West Realty's James Paine (here), 26, operates the hedge fund that invests in residential redevelopment projects across the US. They were among those listed who were all under 40 and in various industries.
