This morning, we held our third annual Los Angeles Healthcare Summit, where TAYLOR principal and director of strategies Lance Carlson joined other top healthcare execs to dicuss the state of the market. He tells us that his healthcare design and strategies firm--which also sponsored the event--has expanded into San Diego, adding to its offices in Irvine and San Francisco. (Just in time for the Obamacare kick-off.) Point Loma's own Joe Lowe, above, heads up the new office as director. The former senior project manager with HMC Architects has a master's degree from the NewSchool of Architecture + Design and is a LEED AP. Past work includes Loma Linda and VA medical centers, Kaiser, Rady Children's Hospital, UCSD, and Scripps. So how does a healthcare designer keep himself healthy?
