SR Commercial Buys Big From Issa

In North San Diego's largest industrial acquisition this year to date, SR Commercial bought La Pacifica--a three-building, 230k SF industrial park in Oceanside--from one of the area's Congressional reps: the 49th District's Darrell Issa. (A building with famous parents.) SR paid nearly $20M cash for the property,which was 75% occupied at the time of purchase. (Well, it's hard to keep properties full when you're out legislatingfor conservative causes.) Principal Adam Robinson says a 17k leasesigned during escrow and a 38k SF lease being negotiated with a major retailer will bring the project to 100% occupancy.
