In an industry not known for its early adoption of tech, Rosano has made a point of employing advanced tech, especially its own proprietary software, RP Compass. It's a system that allows an agent receiving a call from a client to automatically and instantly retrieve all client data, including property updates, previous contact notes, and other important information.
