WhitLes Realty Group has picked up an odd San Diego mixed-use complex for $1.4M, or less than $100/SF. The firm bought 4379 30th St and 4366 Ohio St for the low price, considering what other investors have paid for mixed-use. But what exactly was bought? 30th Street is a fully leased two-story office building, while 4366 Ohio St is a single-family home with 14 parking spaces. Colliers International's Joe Brady assisted Scott Revocable Trust in selling the project.
