Cisterra Development is selling again, as it just traded the historic Pack Loft Building (aka Bledsoe Co Furniture Warehouse) at 701 Island Ave to JS Capital Enterprises for $4.7M. The 20k SF historic building is adjacent to the Unicorn Building, which Cisterra sold to Paragon Real Estate Fund recently. The building was partially renovated by Cisterra in connection with its Sempra Energy HQ project. Now, JS Capital plans to finish the redevelopment into a creative office building with ground-floor retail by 2016. Colliers International's Bill Shrader, David Maxwell and Joe Brady repped the transaction. "This property is at the center of the Ballpark redevelopment renaissance,” Bill says.
