Biotech Addition

BNBuilders completed construction on one of the county's largest biotech and office lab projects: The 160k SF facility for Celgene. BNBuilders project executive Jay Ingram says the biopharm company can begin developing "potential lifesaving therapies" in its new state-of-the-art facility. The builder provided pre-construction and construction services, and the entire project team delivered the project ahead of schedule and under budget. Located at Campus Pointe, the new facility contains biology and chem labs, a vivarian, and data center, among other areas. It was designed by DGA San Diego and is targeting LEED Gold.The above shows Celgene's lounge.
