Prolific industrial buyer SR Commercial has bought again, this time in Carlsbad. The firm purchased 3193 Lionshead Ave, a 65k SF flex industrial property, from Vinturi Inc for $8.75M. DTZ's Aric Starck brokered the sale. The facility, used by the previous owners but now empty, is in the Carlsbad Raceway Business Park. SR Commercial, led by Adam Robinson and CJ Stos (here), has been on a buying spree lately, most recently purchasing a 100k SF flex industrial property in Temecula.
